With the bright and unclipped dust-jacket by Dick Hart with small tear near the middle of the front panel which masks the letter 'e' of the word 'the' in title; else excellent with just very mild fading of the backstrip of d-j. Without old inscriptions or other internal markings. A fine copy in the near fine jacket. Author's fifth novel, later adapted into the film "Village of the Damned".
