Inscribed by the artist for "Corinne", dated December 1983, so probably at the book launch. Square format, publisher's black cloth boards, with the neatly price-clipped dust-jacket in excellent condition. Illustrated by reproductions of the artist's highly colourful prints executed between 1964 and 1983. Patrick Hughes (born Birmingham 1939) is the creator of "reverspective", an optical illusion on a three-dimensional surface where the parts of the picture which seem farthest away are actually the nearest.
