Five hundred copies of this book were printed and bound at the University Press, Cambridge for presentation by the University Printer to friends in printing and publishing Christmas 1957. A Fine copy with no internal markings. The two pieces by Lucien Pissarro were discovered among the papers of his friend, James Bolivar Manson, the artist and Director of the Tate Gallery from 1930 to 1938.
