Original printed wrappers with the glassine wrapper still intact but torn with a large piece missing from back panel. Twenty-seven colour plates by Dulac each with a captioned tissue-guard, with four more plates than the English printing of the same work; with text frames and decorative elements unique to the French edition. Head and tail of spine slightly chipped with a small piece wanting at the head.
