Publisher's original dun cloth with brown panel and gilt title lettering to the spine, with the unclipped dust-jacket designed by British artist John Minton. Frontispiece, decorative titlepage and full page illustrations and decorations all by Minton. Jacket bright and unfaded with minor loss to head of spine and rubbing along edges and corner tips. No old inscriptions or other internal markings, thus contents fresh and clean. A VG+ copy of David's second major recipe book following her first work on Mediterranean cooking.
