First Edition. Autobiography of the artist and writer, founder of the Vorticism modernist art movement in London. Original brick red cloth boards, spine lettered in black, ends of spine and corner bumped, top front corner creased. Foxing to top edge of the pages and occasionally in the text. Previous owner's name in ink to front free endpaper. Internally very good and clean. 8vo. pp [vii] + 312; 14 plates including the frontispiece. With the unclipped dust-jacket (showing original price of 15s), rubbed at head of the spine and top edge of back panel, also with small nicks to top of joint, somewhat embrowned with couple spots of foxing.
