New edition, revised, originally published in 1807. 12mo (14 x 9 cms); pp xl, 419, 5. Engraved frontispiece, vignette to the additional titlepage, and 12 plates, all numbered and correctly placed. Publisher's boards with gilt vignette to upper and three more along with gilt lettering to the spine, edges of which are rubbed, also tips of corners. Contents somewhat shaken. A VG+ copy. The plates show the various cuts or fish, meat and game and how they may be butchered into joints.
