Limited edition of 300 copies 'for private distribution by the author and the publisher for Christmas 1969'. Stitched spine with yellow jacket and French flaps that wrap around the text block. A fine copy. An extract from 'Travels with My Aunt', a novel following the travels of Henry Pulling, a retired bank manager, and his highly unconventional Aunt Augusta, as they find their way across Europe, and eventually even further afield. This extract focuses on her lover, Visconti, an escaped collaborator with the Nazis.
