Booklet containing several hundred recipes supplied by the Jersey members of the St Clements Association of Workers for Waifs and Strays, a charity dedicated to assisting the poor and homeless on the Channel Island of Jersey. Original pale blue printed wrappers, rubbed and creased, spine chipped. Loosely inserted are three unrelated sheets of recipes, for apricot jam, treacle pudding and salmon pie. Covers soiled and well rubbed, edges creased, spine chipped, stains to page edges. Only a fair copy of this uncommon recipe book.
