First Edition of this pictorial exposé of the London scene in the Swinging Sixties, with 200+ b/w and colour photographs by German snapper Juergen Seuss of hippie chics, fashionistas, bomb sites, upper crust, advertisements, and characters from the underground movement. Square format hardback in purple cloth with titles to spine in black, pictorial endpapers. With the excellent photographic dust-jacket showing the the lips and a nose of a female face in close up, repeated on the back cover. Edges of jacket very lightly rubbed in places and small area of foxing at the head of spine. Without old inscriptions or other interior markings. Text in German. A near fine copy.
